Boadicea Brown Data Security Policy
All payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Boadicea Brown or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if the item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us (with a copy of your order) within 7 days and we will send the replacement item to the same address free of charge. Where the same product is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price of the product or, if you wish to exchange it for another item, we will issue a credit voucher to the value of your purchase. We will not be liable for any amount over and above the price paid for the goods.
If you simply change your mind or wish to return a product for any other reason, it must be returned in re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. All return goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We will need purchase details for verification so please send a copy of your order when you return the goods. Please also advise us why you are returning the item as your feedback is important to us. Upon assessment of the returned item we will issue a credit voucher to the value of your purchase. Due to hygiene issues, earrings cannot be returned if you change your mind, but the return will still be honoured if they are damaged on arrival.
We regret that postage and delivery costs cannot be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive any goods you are returning to us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit so please be sure to pack your items carefully and to send your parcel in the most secure way. Please also keep proof of postage.
In most cases your parcel will be dispatched within 72 business hours of your payment being received and cleared, however, depending upon the delivery location and postage method selected, please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive at an address within Australia. If ordering from overseas please allow 15 days for your parcel to arrive. If by chance there is a delay in dispatching your parcel we will contact you.
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or via courier service. Where possible, we highly recommend you choose the Registered Post option when selecting your delivery method as Boadicea Brown cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit. Using this method, your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours and, upon delivery, a signature will be required. If no-one is home at the time, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Please note that you must thoroughly check your parcel for damage caused in transit PRIOR to signing for it. If the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided. Please note that whilst we take great care with packaging, Boadicea Brown cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.
